We don't collect anything beyond what's needed to get back to you and quote or schedule the work.

• The online booking form on our Contact page, which is provided by our job management system, ServiceM8, and submits directly into our job scheduling system.
• Direct contact — phone, text, or email — when you get in touch with us yourself.

How We Use It

We use your information to respond to your enquiry, provide a quote, schedule and carry out the work, and invoice you correctly. We may also use your contact details to follow up on a quote or an overdue invoice, or to let you know about a job in progress.

We don't use your information for unrelated marketing, and we don't sell or trade personal information to third parties.

Third Parties We Share Information With

We use a small number of third-party services to run our business and this website:

• ServiceM8 — our job management platform. Booking form submissions and job details are stored here.
• Xero — our accounting platform. Billing details are stored here for invoicing.
• Google — this website displays Google Reviews via the Google Places API. Viewing this doesn't send Google any personal information about you.
• Netlify — our website hosting provider. Standard web server logs (such as IP address and browser type) are captured automatically by Netlify for security and performance purposes.

Each of these providers has its own privacy policy governing how it handles data on its platform.

Data Security

We take reasonable steps to keep your information secure, including relying on the security measures built into ServiceM8, Xero, and Netlify. No online system is 100% secure, but we don't store payment details or sensitive information on this website itself — the website is an enquiry and booking channel only.
