Sandy Electrical is a small, owner-operated electrical contracting business based in Mount Evelyn, in Melbourne's east. We're a licensed electrical contractor (REC 27450) covering the eastern suburbs, the Yarra Valley, and the Dandenong Ranges — all work carried out by A-grade electricians, no call centre.
Most of our work is residential. Real estate agents and property managers call us for maintenance — faulty power points, smoke alarms, RCD testing, light fittings, safety switches — the small jobs that keep an investment property compliant and tenants safe. Homeowners call us for everything from extra power points and EV chargers to full switchboard upgrades and fault-finding. We also handle full electrical fit-outs for renovations and new builds, working alongside builders from start to finish — planning, rough-in, fit-off, and completion.
Beyond core electrical, we cover split system air conditioning (supply, install, and commissioning, under our own ARC Tick refrigerant handling licence), data cabling (Cat6 points and home office setups, done under Registered Master Cabler accreditation — the industry's top cabling credential), and TV antenna installation and fault-finding. One call covers most of what a home or investment property needs.
